Alexandria, VA (March 25, 2011) – In response to the recent devastation in Japan, Landon IP, Inc. and its employees are taking steps to help our customers, vendors, and friends in Japan who are struggling with this dreadful crisis.
Landon IP will be making a significant contribution to GlobalGiving to support relief efforts in Japan. GlobalGiving is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is directing funding to multiple Japan-based charities that are providing direct support to victims of the current emergency. In addition, Landon IP is matching employee contributions to GlobalGiving, in order to maximize the impact of our support.
Landon IP CEO David Hunt says:
I have traveled to Japan many times in the last few years and have deveoped strong relationships with many individuals there at both the professional and personal level. When I first heard about the earthquake and tsunami, I was devastated and knew immediately that I wanted Landon IP to do whatever we could to help the people of Japan during this extraordinarily difficult time.
Landon IP encourages our customers and business partners to support GlobalGiving’s aid efforts for Japan as well. You can learn more by visiting their website.
